Uganda is a landlocked country in East Africa and one of the smallest countries in Africa. Its landscape is made up of; the snow-capped Rwenzori mountains, Lake Victoria, rich rain forests, striking savannas, and breathtaking gorges.
Uganda is home to the big mountain gorillas, chimpanzees, and the thunderous River Nile. It leaves an everlasting impression. The bigger mammals are easier found in Murchison Falls, Uganda’s largest national park.
One of Africa’s greatest experiences is witnessed when trekking through the thick green undergrowth to see the endangered species in their natural habitat, playing with their kids in the branches, and luckily enough, one can witness a tree climbing lion.
Queen Elizabeth National Park also referred to as “the valley of the apes”, is a habitat to monkeys and other wildlife. Uganda has a lot of treasures to uncover.
